Paul started helping good people buy and sell homes in LA at a time when a monkey could sell real estate. “No offense to our primate relatives, but it wasn’t hard”, says Paul, “just put the listing in the MLS and it sold! Having gone through 2009, 2010, 2011… now that’s a market where skills are honed, professionals are made!” Paul considers himself blessed to work in a career that he loves. “I work a lot of evenings and weekends, but its cool… my clients are my friends.” Recently, Paul has been midlife-crisis-ing with a new found hobby, kiteboarding. “Crazy how much joy I can take from something I am still so bad at! The learning curve is steep, but I’m getting better and better…”. Paul’s greatest joy is spending time with Nicole and their two kids, Eva and Sarah.
Chris manages 115 agents in one of Indianapolis’ fastest growing brokerages, United Real Estate. Managing this many agents provides him special insights on market trends and issues that he can use to better serve his Buyers and Sellers. As a 2nd generation Realtor he has a passion for the industry. Personally he enjoys fixing up his 90 year old Nora home, making his kids uncomfortable with ‘dad jokes’, and running.

Every listing gets her special attention to detail, and let's be honest, it's all in the details. She focuses on the experience a Buyer will have when they walk through your home. Most Sellers have what they need for a beautiful home, they just need help pulling it together. The only problem is that you may not want to move after she gets done working her magic. Personally, she enjoys making to-do lists for Chris to work on, playing around with design in her own home and hanging out with her 3 awesome kiddos.
